Merry Le Marche was founded in 2014 with the idea of elevating the international reputation of Le Marche region as a great holiday and wedding destination.
Le Marche was still the underdog of Italian regions then, but we were determined to put in on the map for those curious adventurers wishing to experience a somewhat different Italy without compromising on top-notch services and efficiency.
More than 10 years on, we can pride ourselves on countless happy customers, an international team and a flattering amount of Merry Le Marche wannabes to confirm that we must have done something right. And most importantly, Le Marche is now on the map for the many intrepid travellers seeking another Italy.
In the years a few team members have been contributed to Merry Le Marche success, but at the present moment the core team is made of Elisa and Rubina who respectively from the UK and Italy contribute to increase the love for this region all over the world.
ELISA GENERALI
Elisa is an intrepid entrepreneur in the event and tourism industry and co-founded Merry Le Marche in 2014. Passionate about elevating the region’s reputation among international travelers and couples, she brings over a decade of experience as an event organizer and industry consultant.
A daring creator at heart, Elisa has launched multiple ventures and thrives on helping fellow dreamers succeed in the world of events.
Known for her sharp competence, no-nonsense approach, and keen business acumen, she balances professionalism with lighthearted charm. A lover of desserts and rock music, she is, above all, an adventurer, driven to transform, inspire, and honor the beauty of Le Marche.
RUBINA GUARDIANI
Rubina joined Merry Le Marche in 2019 and has since become Elisa’s right hand woman. A woman of many talents, Rubina is an experienced event organizer and coordinator, qualified coach, university professor and seasoned brand and marketing strategist in the fashion industry. Last but not least, she is also a certified yoga teacher, a practice that has shaped her grounded and calm presence. All these skills come together to make her an exceptional event planner and coordinator, and an invaluable force within the Merry Le Marche team.
Renowned for her compassionate approach, sharp problem-solving skills, and unwavering competence, she brings a unique blend of creativity, strategy, and presence to every endeavor.
